If CUDA is turned on, then it is being used where it can.
If you have an Intel CPU with QuickSync, you can use software encoding in the final export, but that's unrelated to CUDA.
The Windows Display Driver includes everything. Do not install a separate CUDA driver as that can cause issues.
1. Do use Maximum Bit Depth.
2. Don't use Maximum Render Quality.
3. Change the color as a test. Use something Web Safe. Same result?
You don't have a proper reference set up. Without that, there's no way to know if you're seeing things accurately.

So with the second update, still having a problem?
What cuda does and not does:
CUDA, OpenCL, Mercury Playback Engine, and Adobe Premiere Pro | Adobe Blog
You dont need the toolkit just the driver.
Uncheck everything in the install window except the driver.
Do a clean install and reboot after installing.
Hi Guys,
So im working with the concept of "reaction videos" for a client. Which means that we are watching a TV-show on the computer while filming ourselves watching it. So I have like 4-5 clips (or more) that are 2-3 hours long in total when I film us when we are reacting. I then also have the 3 clips (45 min each) containing the episodes of the show we are watching.
So when I line this up in premiere pro, I have to manually sync the TV-show with us watching it. (I have the angle of us watching the tv show AND the show itself side by side). THe problem is that we pause the video when we have lots of comments, so that the audience can hear our comments without having to suffer not hearing us or the TV-show properly. This becomes annoying when I have to audio sync, since I have to cut up the tv-show clips into many clips and RE-SYNC every time we pause.
So my question is, does anyone know any way to auto sync this? I do record the tv-show video sound from the mic that records our own commentary voices, so I do have the sound waves. Its not very loud, but i wonder if there is any program or if its doable in premiere pro itself? I have tried plural eyes (it didnt do ANYTHING at all with these clips) and premiere pro's own audio sync didnt work either.
I know the easiest solution would be "not to pause", but as I said, its out of the question. Our viewers hate that. So...Anyone have any advice? If im being unclear, please let me know and I will try to rephrase.
Then I am out of ideas
Thank you, anyway!
Did you nest?
Changed order of effects?
Might want to do the 3D basic first then export it out to an intermediate file with alpha.
Speakers weren't an option in the Default Output dropdown but I swapped to Digital Audio (S/PDIF). It didn't seem to help.
Are you sure CUDA is enabled on C2? (Project settings --> General --> Renderer)
That's it. I made the mistake of assuming that when I moved the project from C2 to C1 it would retain all Project Settings. It appears that Project Settings aren't saved with the project when you use the Project Manager to save a copy of the project.
Thanks Christian.Z!
You welcome, Glad I could help
Unfortunately no...
Can you post a screen recording demonstrating the issue.
All wrong answers. disappeared
Spoke do Adobe support. turns out hardware encoding was the problem. Weird since I use the brand new i9900k. But they said it could be one of the files that I was using, not the processor itself. However, I switched to software encoding and the problem disappeared.
Pluraleyes is the best syncing solution out there. Premiere's tool is also great, but clips should be placed on different video/audio tracks for it to work.
Both of them are not working because they can sync but they cannot slice. The bad news is that you will need to cut clips into many clips (wether the TV show, or the commentary one where you pause), the good news is that if you tilt your head a bit, and do all the cutting first, then pluraleyes will be able to sync.
It's not the perfect solution, but it's a compromise. For the future, if you wish to continue pausing, you might as well restart recording on your devices, this way you save up on cutting into separate files.
Thx alot Christian. I think you gave me an idea of how to do it. I love the idea of just restarting after our comments. I just need a remote cause I dont want to go up and to the camera and then back to the couch. BUt I do love the idea that it will be automatically cut this way.
Thx!
What am I missing !?
I want to fade my video in at the start of a video from black. this works absolutly fine and behavious exactly as it should.
