Re: No audio for MP4 files when imported
Thanks for coming back to me Ann, the sound itself is off therefore there is no sound wave form
No look under Creative of Lumetri Color
Re: Rendering in and out, where did it go?
Default Render in to out does not have a kbsc.
Did you set your kbsc layout preset to your custom settings?
Also if you have set the work area bar on there is no render in to out but rather Render entire work area.

Audio Hardware input set to none?
Re: Langsamer Export - "Audio ... wird vorbereitet"
Are these audiofiles waves? If not try render and replace.
Re: Langsamer Export - "Audio ... wird vorbereitet"
Yes they are waves. And it doesn't matter if you export them as wav, mp3 or whatever. It all takes years...
Re: No audio for MP4 files when imported
I do have waveform and sound in the source monitor.
I have cleared the cache and the audio input is set to none

Audio Hardware input set to none?
Re: Picture is cropped
Hey Ann Bens,
you are right. I deleted the 3D basic and everything is working now. But unfortunately without the 3D basic effect. Do you have a solution to solve this problem?
I readded it but with the same problem.
Re: Langsamer Export - "Audio ... wird vorbereitet"
Yes, it is.
Lag and red bar on one of two identical computers
We have two identical computers with the following hardware:
- MSI X470 Gaming Plus motherboard
- AMD Ryzen 7 2700X CPU
- Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16) DDR4 2666MHz
- EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC Gaming
- Samsung 970 EVO 500GB NVMe
C1 was built at the end of November of last year. C2 was built 2 months later.
C2 always shows a red bar above the timeline and the program lags like crazy even with just 1080p footage. Even typing in a textbox on the video is very laggy. I can type a word and then watch it slowly type out in the text box. This is without the preview even running.
One thing we noticed that C2 really hates is if we use an image as an intro and zoom in on the image. The program nearly locks up.
C1 handles 4k footage from our Mavic no problem.
We used the project manager on C2 to save a laggy project so that the other computer could open it. Where C2 normally comes to a standstill, C1 just works.
We ran a benchmark called User Benchmark to see if anything stood out. The scores for both computers were nearly identical as if everything is functioning properly.
We compared settings within Premiere Pro. We checked settings in BIOS. Both computers have up to date drivers as far as I can tell (I checked display drivers in DxDiag but I'm not sure what other drivers should be checked).
C2 has Creative Cloud and Solidworks and that's about it.
C1 has Creative Cloud, Solidworks, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and a ton of other programs.
I'm not sure what to check next between the two computers. If you have any ideas, please let me know.
Files are mixing after Rendering
When I render f.ex. 2 Videos (In and Out but also Exporting) the two Clips are mixing together.
Means the Second Clip has round About 2-5 Frames from the first one in it.
Is that a common Problem?
Thanks
Patrick
