I didn't quite understand about what you were talking, but I suppose that you use Premiere Pro.

I'm using the newest revisions available of both the AE (Version 16.0.0; build 235) and the Pr (Version12.1.2; build 69) on a High Sierra MacOS. Currently, when I create a composition in AE and try to import it into the Pr project, Pr doesn't really see the composition in the aep file.
Compositions made using a previous AE version seem to work.
I'll try rolling back the AE to the previous version.
I switched to Adobe from Vegas and as much as impressed I was (and still am) with how Pr integrates with AE, this issue I've been having is very disappointing...
That has worked so far. It seems to working now that I'm using a file that has passed through Media Encoder. But doesn't encoding decrease quality in the way compression does with still images? Won't that mean the quality will be decreased twice when i decode the finished video?
Premiere crashed multiple times.
Now it won't open the auto-save files anymore. I just get a blank screen.
The same goes for older versions.

Help me please, maybe something needs to be set up? How to optimize the program for amd? Or my computer is too weak?))

Thank you very much, I did what you said and it worked for me, I set the subtitle view to 704 that I had it for teletext and the subtitles appeared, and they were exported correctly.

In Premiere Pro, open the project and go to Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout.
Hopefully this solves the issue with the blank screen.
Avoid .mp3, .wmv etc and make sure that the audio is 16-bit and 48000 Hz in either a .wav or .aif container.
Use Adobe Audition to convert files if needed. To convert the files in Audition, just open the file and press F11.
It's not a blank screen like a blank program monitor.
Premiere Pro does not open anymore at all. Instead it only gives me a white screen.
O.k, click on the wrench down right in the Program panel and make sure that Composite Video is selected rather than Alpha.
I can't access Premiere. A blank screen is what I get when I try to open the application. 
It tried older versions. Now I can open them but I get this warning
But it seems the project is messed up. I can't play anything and it keeps crashing.
But I still have the problem with the font changing after modifying the original text...

Let us know a few things -
1. The media using within premiere pro
2. Premiere Pro version
3. Hard Disk is SSD or normal HDD?
4. Sequence settings
5. Did you try switching from OpenCL to Software only from Project Settings? if not then try working with software rendering only.
