OK.
Take a look at the link below. Use it as a guide to post up some details. Maybe we can get you working again.
I have no idea what is wrong with this picture.
Nope, we are now on 13.0.2.

Just another Adobe issue I guess. There are so many. It hasn't always been this way.
Would be nice if premiere could create an H.264 file with embedded 608/708 captions.

Please help. Currently no workflow for creating such a file. We have SCC, MCC, SRT formats just them embedded into an h.264.
Example MCC and SRT

I am trying to render it now. The export time is totally ridiculous, over an estimated hour for a 7 second clip I'll tag you when I am able to upload it
What specific problem?
And ... do you have a sequence already, or are you dragging onto an empty timeline panel?
Is the mogrt an included one, a mogrt from stock, a mogrt you've made in Ae or Pr, or acquired somewhere else?
What steps have you tried?
Writing a very non-specific generic "I'm having a problem in this general area" sort of post isn't that helpful for anyone to help you ... please give some specific details for your situation so we can help without having to ask all the "basic" questions again.

Sadly this sort of thing happens with most NLE/grading/fx apps. I use a number, they've all got their quirks.
I would guess that in the first import, some data got entered wrong in the project file or media cache/database that you got around by renaming the folder and reimporting.
Out of curiosity, what was your original import process? Not all means are as simply reliable as others. Opening say Explorer/Finder window then drag/droping onto the project window is especially frought.
Using the Media Browser to navigate to/select and then import or ingest is far more stable ... as is right-clicking in the Project panel and Import Files ... which opens a Finder/Explorer window, and then you can select folders to bring in. Which populate your project as bins of media/assets.
And for some reason is very different to Pr than opening that Finder/Explorer window your self. Weird but true.

Sorry for the confusion. I have sent a question to the team and will report back once I have an answer.
pls use 2048*858 Video Dimensions
Thanks
I work with a number of colorists who do long-form work. So ... actually ... even for theatrical release, what they saw on their screen and what is seen in the theatre ... always varies, sometimes ... quite often ... markedly.
In multiplex theatres, room-to-room can be remarkably different.
The average Joe or Jonette doesn't see this, as our eyes are such marvelous relative instruments ... but the person that did the grade sees it.
Other than that, you're quite correct ... no matter the gear, no matter the calibration setup, you can't get two monitors in the same suite/viewing environment to perfectly match.
So ... one needs to set up to produce to standards, then let it go and get on with life. And this means knowing about what standards you need to produce to BEFORE you buy the gear, and knowing if it can be used to produce to standards ... if so, under what setup circumstances.
Anything else is just ... um ... dissing in your beer.

Every time I relaunch Premiere, the Project Panel moves to the lower left panel group, even though I prefer in the upper right Panel Group. This also happens in my custom workspaces when I click "reset to saved layout", even though I saved with the panel where I want.
This started with CC2019. Is this a new "feature"?
I have unchecked "import workspaces..."
I have dumped my custom workspaces in the finder and started from scratch.
Any ideas?
I will say, there are some of these things that are hanging on ... for a very small percentage of the user base. Overall, the app seems to be working rather well ... except for those, like you, that are getting crunched.
Which is frustrating, maddening, infuriating, all of that. I've had some communications with a couple of the engineers about a couple issues, and they're frustrated also. They have "that" issue nailed now for the vast majority ... it was in one case a couple of actually allied things they fixed in code. BUT ... there are still a few people getting the exact same reaction. They have worked with specific users on it. Yup, it's happening, and everything that should have caused it to happen is fixed.
And they can't replicate it on any other machine they have access to.
That sort of loose-end drives an engineering mind around the bend.
And is a right PITA for the user as well.

Thank you for the help! How do you create linked masks like that? Every tutorial I've looked at only teaches the basic concept of closing a mask by clicking back to the first point but no videos show how to link masks like that.
Thank you so much for the help!

It was on a second Tuesday after a Blood Moon?
Nope ... not nearly enough information to even take a guess.
What version of Pr? Are you working with the EGP, or the old Legacy Titler? Are they included ones, ones you've made or acquired ... or Stock?
Just for starters ... I could easily throw another 20 questions here.
