Yeah, I guess that's the closest it can get... Just thought I'm missing something, cause there's all this empty space around and those resolution and zoom menus which seems to me unnecessary always.

This actually worked out! Thanks alot. It seems like the documents folder didn't get deleted during the uninstall. That's why I never bothered to actually delete it manually.

I am on an OS 10.13 and Premiere and AE version CC19. My issue is that none of my parameters in the EG are working. I see the basic animation but the modifications are not working at all. I used AE in english for the expressions but my Premiere is in French (I don't think this is has anything to do with my issue though).

Only Importing Audio
Hello, I just downloaded the free trial of Premier Pro CC on my Mac OSX Version: 10:11:6. When I imported the mp4 files into Premier Pro only the audio showed up. I would really like to be able to use Premier Pro in the future, so if anyone knows a way I can fix this, please let me know. Thank you.

24bit audio export issue through Media Encoder
I'm recording signal like this (24bit audio):
c:\ffmpeg-nov\bin\ffmpeg -video_size 1920x1080 -framerate 25 -f dshow -rtbufsize 702000k -i video="Decklink Video Capture (2)":audio="Decklink Audio Capture (2)" -c:v dnxhd -vf format=yuv422p -b:v 185M -c:a pcm_s24le e:/video/video16bitaudio.mov
And if I click on "Export" video through Premiere, everything is OK (see the picture):
If i press Queue and export it through Media Encoder, the picture on Output and Input is RED (see the picture).
Any suggestions?

I already tried everything the other comment said and what different people said in other discussions, and I didn't have enough time to be worrying about this. So my solution was going back to the version I used before, I'm really sorry if it wasn't what you where expecting.

Hi. Did you resolve this? I had the same issue today 7-1-19 – all I did was open the 'offending' clips in QT, they converted and I renamed them/saved them back in by link media. It resolved it, but is a faff. Odd Adobe has not addressed this yet...

Re: Premiere 2019 clipping synced video
The raw clips don't seem to be corrupt. I can take the same clips from the bin and add them to the same timeline where the issue is occuring and resync everything and its totally fine. The problem is a lot of the projects are completed and a lot of editing went in to them to have them redone. But I still need the sequences intact to be able to access for the future.
But as I said earlier, every file I'm having a problem with on my machine is showing up normal on a coworkers machine.

I HAVE AN UPDATE AND TEMPORARY FIX FOR IG ONLY:
I found this video, that explains how to do a little trick to be able to post exports from Premier Pro. Unfortunately it doesn't get to the actual issue of what's going on with the exports out of premier pro.

This only fixes, being able to post. But I hope Adobe can get to the bottom of this and solve the export errors. I still cannot upload to Facebook, or send in iMessage. It seems to cause issues on mobile.
