Hi Caroline. Below, please find a Dropbox link to a test project I've just created:

At first, the search was running fine, but as I was adding content, closing & reopening it, the search bugged out again.

 

I've also noticed that on some of my previous projects, none of the search functionality works - not even CTRL-F (which was normally my "last hope" at finding assets, with the search bar and bin query not working). It seems that when you put something into the search box, it will find 1 letter or number associated with the file name, but no more ... it's quite bizarre.

 

Anyhow, happy hunting! Really hope you guys can solve this. Thank you!.

Hi,

I am new to Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019 coming from Premiere Pro CS5 and i'm encountering an issue when i import an AVI file i need to cut down. The video is a recording of movement on a computer screen with audio. I'm noticing a flickering of the window in the foreground of the video towards the very end in the preview, and the same carries through when i export it out, regardless of the format. The original video I have does not have this flickering of this specific window in the video so i don't understand why this is happening. Any help would be appreciated!

I've tried this, the white bar the comes up to higher and lower the speed doesn't show up. Im pressing ctrl and it still wont set a keyframe. As you can see, the speed is toggled on, and the keyframes are still greyed out.

Not having this issue is just one of the benefits of using the new Essential Graphics instead.

 

Create titles and motion graphics with the Graphics workspace in Premiere Pro.

Hi,

 

I am making a vlog mostly composed of videos with several different sequences and I eventually made another project and combined all of the separate sequences into one sequence. Anywho, I tried to add pictures to the sequence and they are showing up blurry... HELP!! Im not very familiar with Premiere so im not sure what the problem could be.

- when you analyze your file in MediaInfo and post a screen shot in the forum, do so in TREE view

No, what I meant is...what changed on your system?  A software update?  A driver update?  An OS update?  A new program installed?  A program deleted?  Changes in security software?

 

What changed in between the working project and the problem project?

Sure, here are the details of the file:

I tried Camtasia as a secondary editing source to see if the same would happen there, but it handles the AVI as expected without flicker, so i'm guessing it's something within Premiere Pro, i'm guessing a codec issue?

Yes its a codec issue.

Microsoft video 1 is very old and not supported anymore.

MIght want to use Lagarith.

Hi

 

I m searching since one hour how to activate and see animation text presets in adobe premiere pro 2019 and i didnt find the answer...(searched in effects window of adobe premiere )

 

Someone have a idea please?

Try making a copy of that audio file (outside of Premiere) and rename it something different, then bring it back into Premiere. Does the file playback correctly?
