This is a workaround, I have tons of workaround for this, and I could give you another situation where this won't cut it (I actually did in my second exemple). The problem is it doesn't work as it should and sometimes you don't realise until you've rendered the thing, and it's some time wasted, I wanted to know if it had happened to someone and if they had found a fix, or if adobe could chime in and confirm this is a known bug.

Export non-surround perspective from 360 video
I have a 360 video that I would like to export as a flat video, where I am choosing which perspective from the 360 view is shown. Is there a way to do this in Premier Pro?

Maybe you can go to some settings that let you set how many minutes elapse before auto save. If you set that to zero maybe it will stop.
I don't have your advanced version of CC.
I do what everyone else does. I save projects every time I do major stuff manually (lesson-1-1, lesson-1-2, lesson-1-3) and THEN lesson-2-1 ) That way the timelines and changes are up to date when I turn on the computer.
The SAVE AS function is another layer of safety. With some programs it's more important than others, due to bad programming.
OR BAD platforms that just cant handle the work.
Bottom line: I use auto save and also save versions, and also save backup copies ( save as ). I'm a scaredy cat !

yo también he tenido ese problema en un proyecto en el que el sonido no se escuchaba en ocasiones. Me di cuenta que el disco duro, donde tengo la caché de medios, apenas tenía espacio libre. Liberé espacio en el disco y he podido exportar el proyecto sin problemas.

Dis-syncing clips when transferring Projects From PC to Mac and Hard drive to Hard drive
Hi guys,
When ever I try to transfer a project from a pc to a mac all my clips go out of sync after locating media. My process is first editing on a portable hard drive on a PC. Then transferring the project file to a Hard drive that already has all the clips and audio. I remove the initial hard drive I edited on and locate media. It finds everything, but when I go into my sequences all the clips are moved by multiple frames, even whole seconds off. Is there a step I need to do that I am unaware of?

I am exporting right out of premiere pro, and i have not updated premiere pro yet I am using 2018.
Here are my specs
Windows 8.1
Intel core i7-3770
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GT 630
As i said before this is a new problem, and my setting have not changed to software only. I am truly stuck because this ruins my workflow and I cant get anything done like this.

Hi Kevin,
I tried several sources of media, H264 with .mp4 container, I also tried Quicktime Apple ProRes 422 .mov container, all of our video is stored and kept on our SAN Fibrejet storage system that is connected to the Mac.
The problem does not occur on a newly created project in 2019, it only seems to be happening on existing updated projects.
I deleted the unused cache and reset preferences, this helped on only one of the problematic system, however, our other edit suite that shows no video in source or program monitor is still behaving this way, even with preferences reset and cache deleted.

Cheers for the response guys! I imported vertical footage I filmed off my phone and created proxies for the clips. When the proxies were created, the clips went super narrow vertically in the clip folder I created. I'm not sure if this is how the clips would export or if it's only through the editing phase. Unfortunately, the super narrow view makes it hard to edit in that format. I may be better off not creating proxies for phone clips. They're not going to be that big a file anyway so PP shouldn't have any trouble scrubbing through.

I would also like to note, that I let the updated 2019 project sit for several minutes (about 15) and the source and program monitors suddenly began to work, however, once I closed the project and reopened it, it went back to no longer working. It may or may not kick in after several minutes of waiting again, I'm not sure.

STOP EVERYTHING!!! I had the same problems of CRAZY LAG upon updating to Premiere Pro.
THIS SOLUTION WORKED FOR ME:
I created a NEW project in 2019 and IMPORTED my 2018 project in and that FIXED everything!!!
This was opposed to trying to open a 2018 file and having Premiere "update" it to 2019. There's something wrong here of course, but this solution made things work again without uninstalling drivers/premiere 2019 etc.

Previously I said this problem didn't occur on a newly created 2019 project, I'd like to amend, I just tried opening my newly created 2019 test project and that was with problems as well. Unresponsiveness, color wheel and lagging.

Why can't you ? this would be so much easier that way. Do you know how select multiple captions to be able to move them around within the captions clip ?
