This is what I'm using:yours looks a little low on RAM and PPro 2019 requires 4 Gigs of VRAM in the graphics card, I believe. Not a hardware expert. MtD

I'm assuming your sequence settings are huge too. Maybe check the dimensions of the sequence etc but the suggestions to export in Cineform is a great indicator to see if something is truly wrong.
