There is no keyframe stop watch by the effect. There is a stopwatch by every single parameter of that effect.

Yup, forgot that. (This is why I still believe CS6 is different enough to warrant it's own separate forum. It offers a fundamental shift in how we approach a lot of editing tasks.)
