I'm back with some more info.
I tried adobe premiere cs6 on virtual machine with clean windows 7 and picvideo codec installed. Result - crash at the same frames.
I even installed the older premiere versions.
I thought it was the problem with 64bit premiere so I installed premiere cs4 and results was the same. Crash at the same frames.
But now it's not the premiere it self, but ImporterProcessServer.exe that is 32bit too.
I tried premiere cs5.5 - crash again.
Here is an intresting thing that happened while I tested the virtualdub's stream copy feature.
So, I made the same file using this feature because I thought this would fix the crashes. And you know what. Yeah, the video is not crashing at the same time, but those broken frames moved to another time in the video. I don't really know how to fix this. I don't want to change my favorite adobe premiere to something else.
