Close... but not quite. You want to open the multiclip NEST. That's the icon where all the little timelines are the same size, NOT the one where they are staggered. Sorry - I'm not on a machine with Premiere or I'd do a screen grab.
When you find the nest in the project panel, right click on it and choose "reveal in timeline". Then you'll get a timeline with both video and audio files. When you click on one of those to show it in the source window it will just display the single camera angle with the correct timecode.
