I' m trying to export my video in quick time and I would like to use the code in H264. When I try to do it appears this :
"Incompatible video codec found in the preset. Preset load failed."
I' m using a PC and Premiere Pro CC 2015 Thankssssss
I'd also like to add my frustration. Got 5 different Macs in the office and the random crashes an dropped frames are happening on every single one of them. Nvidia, AMD, 2012 iMac, 2014 5k iMac, Late 2013 Mac Pro.... Crash. Crash. Crash.
The only thing more frustrating than these crashes is Adobe support spinning you in circles. I have also given up contacting them about this issues because I don't have time to fill bug reports and try to pinpoint this problem. Every time premiere crashes I do send them the report, though. They must have hundreds from me by now.
I'm sorry to say this, Adobe but it is not our job to get Premiere running without crashes and playback issues. That is your job. Obviously, something is going on or you wouldnt have all these professionals up in arms posting to your forums.
Please focus on stability and performance with the next Premierd updates. No more new features. Just make Premiere a rock solid program again.
You will probably also have to export it with a codec that supports the Alpha / transparency channel. I know little about web creation so I don't know which would be the best format.

I was working on a project when Premiere seems to have a bug. I hit "L" or "space bar" and nothing appends in my timeline. The button change from stop to play in the monitor, but no sound and the image stay still.
I quit Premiere, re-open the project, it works agin. I move the play head forward and the same problem occur. Each time it does the same.
Of course my project is urgent and i see no solutions except changing editing software... I won't restart all my editing...
I'm on a 2009 Mac Pro 2x2,26GHz, 32Gb RAM, GTX 660 Ti and Yosemite 10.10.5.
My project is ProRes 422 ruhses in a multicam sequence of 3 cams and 1 audio.
Premiere was running well on my machine before (whith bugs but not something like this), i don't know if it's the last update from the CC 2015 or the OS but know I'm stuck with that. Editing without moving the playhead...

The problem:
When I try to save, it gives an error.
So i tried saving as another projectname, but no luck > the same when I try to save.
Sometimes after saving 5 times with an error message at random it works to save without an error message.
I read on the internet try to fix it with giving the application "run as admiinistrator" mode. Even that doesn't fix the problem.
I have the latetst update and this is very annoying
So please help me out to fix it

Make sure you put an exponential fade on the audio track - even 8-12 frames should do it. Don't leave the audio track to simply "drop off the end" or left "hanging".

It seems that there is a small multicam element causing this bug in my timeline. If i don't try to play it, the software seems to works perfectly.
It's a small cut with no effects on it. What's weird is that I have other cuts from this same multicam which doesn't create the bug.
I don't want to have any risk on this project, so i've decided to re-do my editing into Final Cut before going further.
I keep my Premiere Pro project as it is currently in case someone has a solution so I can test it.

Two things:
To what path/drive are you saving the proect to - is the path/drive writable - silly I know but, the first thing I would check out is the Save Path. To where is it attempting the save? Compatibility Mode? What OS, Windows what?
Second, can you confirm you have no corrupted clips or incompatible third party plug in VFXs in your timeline?

Your system is choked by the severe lack of memory. With dual 14-core CPU's the absolute minimum memory is at least 64 GB but better 128 GB or even 256 GB.

I've been using CC15 for a couple of weeks now, and it has mostly meant issues for us and a worse workflow for working with R3D footage.
All of those errors and problem seems to be what everyone else is having, the problem we got today is something I can't find anywhere on the web.
When applying the Warp Stabilizer to a video it gives me an error: "Error receiving synchronous frame." I've tried doing it on several clips and nesting it, trying detailed analysis and normal analysis. But nothing seems to help.
Any idea what it could be about?
I've tried to disable the OpenCL/GPU acceleration which seems to help with a lot of other issues, but that does nothing.

When I read this kind of clip I don't see any slow motion...

Audition is meant for post audio work for master track layback to your PremPro master edit and then for export. That's the often used workflow.
The music industry created their own workflow for Composition in a DAW.
Yes, it would be nice if all forms worked for all situations, but that's not reality.

yes. Always install Quicktime. That should resolve your issue(s).
The reason I asked if you were on Windows 10 is because I recently did a clean install of Win 10 and I am having similiar Quicktime/H/264 errors. Apple's current version of Quicktime will not install on Windows 10.
Piece of advice...if you have considered updating to Windows 10 wait until the kinks are worked out.
