The effect is selected and I only have 1 clip in the scene. I did try to see if any change happened when unlinking the audio piece.
Any known issues with the rx580 video cards?

Shift and Holding Down Delete Not Working
Hey everyone!
When I am editing a video, I will usually hold down shift and hit delete to close the gap and then all of the other following clips move with the clip that is closing the gap. That however, is no longer working. Now when I hold down shift and hit delete, a white box appears where the minutes and seconds section is in the lower right box. And since delete is also the period button (.), it just shows a period there. Any help is much appreciated.

You dont need max render, you have a dedicated card.
Also turn off max depth. as Ann said.
-It taxes system resources and can cause anomalies.
Make sure the latest graphicscard driver from Nvidia is installed. as Ann also said.
-Sometimes Windows Updates will install a driver which may not work as well as one directly from Nvidia.
On a lighter note:
That question reminds me of the fellow who is about to enter his car and notices one of the tires is flat. He says to himself, "But it wasn't flat yesterday."

JK,
Most people do not ever discover what you're talking about. You see the issue best when zoomed into the playhead. You then realize that the playhead has "tail" on it when you are zoomed in so close. That "tail" is for expressing that the playhead represents a full frame, which has both a start and end point of exactly 1 frame. The "head" of the playhead marks the beginning of the frame. The tail marks the end of the frame.
The main misunderstanding is that when folks mark Out with the playhead and mark one frame too late. Typically, you need to go minus one frame when marking out with the playhead. Some go through years and years of editing and then realize they have been cutting one frame too early...every time!

Here's what engineering had to say about your issue:
"It sounds like the customer does not have the camera file to Insta360 stitcher application working. They need to use the Insta360 stitcher to export a stitched equirectangular video file which could then be imported into Premiere and used in our VR workflow.
There is no way (that I am aware of) to make the raw camera file work in Premiere."

I get the same result when using vertical footage and vertical sequence settings. Perhaps that Essential Graphics Template was only designed for horizontal footage and not vertical? I tried messing around with the settings but it just made Premiere Pro crash, which doesn't happen to me very often. Try choosing a different template. When I went back and tried the same template on in a horizontal project I had no problems.

I actually take back a few things I just said in the post. I tried several different video clips and settings. The only time I achieved the same result as you did was when I was using a 4k iPhone video clip and the sequence was made from the video clip. So my sequence was 2160x3840. But if I placed that same 4K iPhone video clip into a 1080 x 1920 sequence and scaled the clip down to 50% then the effect works.
Does that help at all?

I am tech lead for immersive for Adobe's pro audio/video group.
I haven't talked to the folks at Insta for a while. At launch, the application which integrates directly in Premiere Pro was only for the Insta 360 Pro. I see that the One X version is currently in beta. Have you tried running Studio stand-alone to produce the stitch then import the final equirectangular video into Premiere? (Insta360 360 Camera - Insta360, the leader in 360 cameras)
I have found one of the best resources for 360 trouble shooting is the Facebook community. There are a couple of groups, but the one I find most useful is the 360 Video Professionals group (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1446468078916774&ref=br_rs). Max Richter (https://www.facebook.com/max.clusive.9 ), one of Insta's marketing and product specialists, hangs out there, and you can also try to reach him directly. If you don't have access to Facebook, you can email me at briwilli@adobe.com, describing your problem in detail, and I will forward it to him.
I am sorry you have to deal with this, but hopefully we can help you resolve this quickly. In the meantime, if you are on Facebook, post there and make certain to @max and also add Hugh Hou and Al Caudullo, they do lots of YouTube tutorials and reviews, so they probably have experience with the camera and the editing workflow.

I am having similar issues on a brand new computer and brand new install of premiere cc 2019 and 2018. It appears that any footage that I put on the timeline that doesn't have the SAME framerate as the sequence settings is rendering with color problems like you have above. Strangely, when editing there are NO problems. It is only when the timeline is exporting OR if you go to the SEQUENCE menu and "render In to Out" that you see the discolorations. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have an i7 processor with 32 GB RAM, Radeion RX 570 graphics card with 8 MB.
