I do know that there is software who helps you clean up your PC of programs' leftovers, since most of the times something is unistalled it leaves traces behind. I would be very surprised if it even escaped that! But I really value your input, I will look into it with out IT department asap.
That's very true. I hope it does not happen again, otherwise I will have to bother the forums again!
