I'd recommend changing the driver for the card. Do a manual check with Nvidia to see if your current driver is the latest. If not, update the driver. If it is the latest, try rolling back one version....

Titles have an alpha channel by default. The black is simply what PP shows you when there's nothing else there. If you put something under the title, you'll see what I mean.
