Using the Media Browser did not solve the issue. I got the same error message.
If anyone has any ideas who or how to ask for further assistance, it would be highly appreciated since production at the moment is at a standstill. Which is quite a major problem.
If you guys need more specs on the system and software I'm running, I'm happy to provide them. I just thought that the software and OS information were enough in this case since it seems to be quite clearly a software issue.
