Thanks for chimming in and sharing our concerns with the PP team! I actually really like the idea of Edit Point Selection in CS6, but unfortunately the problems I list above make what should be a great tool a new source of frustration in Premiere Pro. Fixing the inconsistencies I mention would turn this into a super tool!
