Your source timeline is NTSC and you are exporting PAL
ie. Different pixels and framerates
I cant see what your source footage actually is because its covered but you say its 25 fps PAL.
You need to edit it in a PAL sequence.
Create a new pal one and copy paste everything from the original NTSC sequence into it.
(CTRL - A, CTRL-C, CTRL-V)
