There's not much you can do to fix the clip I saw except reshoot.
And to clarify, it may not be entirely the fault of the camera, but more the settings used for the shot. Partly it looks as if the gain was set way too high. You may want to take a lot of practice shots at various settings, get a good feel for the camera and it's abilities.
