Is Avisynth recommended to produce a sharper picture with Premiere Pro CS5 and output from miniDV tape and non-HD camcorder?
If so, does it replace of Encore? Act as a plug-in? Etc.?
And, will the results be noticable enough to warrant its installation and learning curve?
