Exactly, but that exactly was the issue. Premiere would not even load up so I could do that. So I was forced to copy/paste the folder to where premiere expected it to be. Then premiere loaded and I was able to redirect to the location I wanted the cache. All this happend as a result of changing system drive letter assignment in disk management in my control panel. Any other program would have seen the file wasnt there,presented the error message and offered the option to load the default profile and opened the program. Premiere does not do that,Premiere cant find the cache in the expected location...then locks up going into the not responding mode.
