Thanks Jim. My immediate response was Bingo! That's the workaround. However, on reflection the mechanics are going to be difficult. I'm producing 25 to 30 Gb a day H.264 compressed. The original material (mostly mpg, mpeg, wmv) about the same size. Individual files from a few to 90 mins compressed. The only uncompressed format I've ever used is AVI. That never worked as the uncompressed files were toooo big. How would you suggest I do this ??
