You got to be kidding. You use Premiere Pro, a $ 799 software package and you find $ 105 for a 2 TB disk, which gives you space for around 140 hours of video material or a 3 TB disk for $ 135, which has space for around 210 hours, i.e. $ 0.64 per hour, expensive? 
Out of curiosity, how much did you spend on the camera, bag, tripod, mics, lenses, lighting, etc. and how much on your computer?
The cards in your camera may well cost $ 29 for a 32 MB card and give you around 2.6 hours of space. That is $ 11.15 per hour. Then how come you find $ 0.64 per hour an expensive option? More than 17 times cheaper is not expensive in my book. And you are forgetting that an extra disk helps improve performance, so your editing experience will be much better.
