Cant see  your screen shots or links.

 

I've also tried created the titles in Photoshop, and 

in AfterEffects to see if that would make any difference and it didn't

.  Creating titles isn't exactly a difficult process, not sure what I

and the all the others "could be doing" wrong.

 

You need to explain and walk us through how you create your titles so we can see what you are doing .  (and you and the others are doing something wrong to get a bad result).

 

 

As we speak...I am working on 4 (HD) TVCs and the numerous titles and graphic assets are coming in from PPRo Titler, AEFX, PhotoShop and Illustrator.   As you say ..its not a difficult process ...but there is a workflow and technique to follow for best results.

 

Question- are you scaling / sizing up any of the "titles" once you have them in PPro?
