I'd prefer if Adobe just entirely got rid of mouse wheel zooming without the ALT modifier and returned the mouse wheel to it's proper scrolling behavior, as it was in all pervious versions of Premiere Pro. Then just Unpin and Scroll. Simple, efficient, workable.
