Right, I turned it off. First, the screen went blank even though it was still on. I kept pressing the esc key and it made noises etc. So I forced the shut down and when I turned it back on, again the resolution is awful. I checked on the device manager and it's definitely working. The only thing I'm noticing is that on the Intel the 'location' is: PCI bus: 0 Device: 2 Function: 0 and the nVidia is PCI bus: 1 Device: 0 Function: 0. No idea what this means but noticed they were different. Also, I went to adjust the screen resolution and it's at the highest it goes which is 1024 x 768, but it's usually better than that, but can't remember exactly what.

What do I do now?
