I looked at all the links you sent. So far I have:
- updated both video cards via the vendor, not Windows
- set Premiere to open as Administrator
- set up Radeon as the preferred high performance card for Premiere, Photoshop, Bridge
but unfortunately none of these helped.
I'm still getting the same original error message, and Premiere won't load.
I tried getting into my BIOS but didn't see the option to reset there.
My particular model, HP Envy 15 has no fingerprint authentication feature, so there is no problem there.
What would you recommend from here?
