You can't. Not with the "Show Frames" settings. It is just supposed to be a reference, not an actual exact frame. If you want to see your frame, look in the Program Monitor, not on the timeline.
As shown below, the line to the right of the CTI (see the red arrow) indicates the duration of the frame. The yellow highlighted box shows the approximate frame. That's the best you can do. I am sorry, but your workflow needs to change. Using the frames on the timeline will only lead to confusion.
