I would not assume "they can mean anything that you want them to mean". What is apparent is that the EULA tries to close as many loopholes as possible to protect property rights. In so doing, a balance between information for the customer and legal requirements has not been maintained. I believe it has completely left any thought of many customers behind. If a product is bought and the customer is expected to unrealistically wade through information to understand what is expected then the intended result has failed.
