Hi. I'm not sure about a solution to this. When I go to capture, it says capture device offline and record and all of the others are greyed out, but I can still remotely play and rewind and control the camera. What does that mean? I restarted the project twice, but it still didn't do anything. Then I exited and I tried capturing with a different camera, same thing. I also went into Nero Video capture and Pinnacle Studio 15, and all of them had remote camera control and captured the footage correctly, so I don't know what to think.
