Hey All, Well after soem trial and error I got something that works pretty good. Actually not using Premiere but After Efect (also part of CS6, and ihad not open this before). I can import a clip, crop to any size and aspect ratio i like, apply a greyscale effect and export to SWF all in one program, and one pass ! Thanks for everyone's pointers !
