Thanks Kevin, I'll try that. Didn't know the tip on holding down the Shift + Option keys on the Mac to delete Premiere prefs.
It seems the main programs that deleting prefs fixes somethings are video related apps. I don't really understand how these programs corrupt prefs more easily than other programs. I've never had to delete prefs for Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or hardly any other programs. Mostly video editing apps. Do you know of any online article that discusses this? Thanks!
