Hi there,
Is there a way to have the levels from two separate mono channel tracks being automatic leveled, when each speaker talks, instead of manually selecting the levels?
Here are some details about my workflow:
I'm editing with the footage from my C100, that had two lav mics connected respectively to CH1 and CH2, each lav mic on a different speaker. On Premiere, before start editing, I broke out the stereo track to mono (Clip>Audio options > breakout to mono), so now I have two mono tracks, this way I can control each speaker levels.
So far for other projects, I'd manually go up and down with their levels, depending on who is talking. However, now I have a 40min sequence! I could leave the two mono tracks around 0db, and it sounds ok, but when I Solo each track the difference is considerable.
Anyone knows an effect in Premiere or Audition (even a third party plugin could be an option) that automatically adapts the levels between the two speakers?
Any help would be very welcome - thanks!
