With regard to Cineforms avi, would that still allow me to do slow motion work? Even if I used the TimeWarp feature of After effects? Or should I keep it in the MPEG4 format with the current video settings as show aboe in my screenshot?

Also, does my computer's hard drive speed have any impact on eventual quality of the outputed video?
