But does the speed of my Hard Disk affect the eventual quality of the finished movie? Or just the speed at which it renders and/or exports?

Also, I do not see a H.264 sequence preset in Premiere Pro when I try to start a new project. Is it called something else or is this something I can download?

And if I was to set the sequence preset manually, should I just try and match the settings that are present in the video clip properties (screenshot attached).
