Have you tried exporting both directly from Premiere Pro and with Adobe Media Encoder?
Did you try both with and without GPU acceleration?
Exactly what happens when you try to export? Is there an error message?
What is your hard drive setup (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?
Once its in CC make new project in import the old CC project into this new one.
Have you tried copying the SD card files directly to the computer using a card reader instead of the camera?
The reason was not ,as always mentioned some Nvidia drivers or something related to your hardware (they always tell this ... and don't read the threads)....

The FDR-AX700 supports proxy recording, which is the simultaneous recording of a lower quality/smaller file for specific uses. Is it possible you are viewing the proxy files instead of the full quality files?
In the camera menus, make sure proxy recording is turned off and then do some test shots.
If the card only contained the high quality XAVC files, I would be surprised if the TV would play the files at all directly off the SD card - although I may be wrong if it is a Sony TV.

Yes, the proxy recording was already set to off so unfortunately its not that.
The TV isn't a Sony, its a Panasonic. It is a 4K tv though if that makes the difference - It has a slot which the card fits into, and a media player type thing opens up on the TV, which can then play the clips.

Thanks Peru Bob. I don't have a specific card reader, I am only using the camcorder and the software to pull the clips across. Do you think this might be the issue ?

I also recommend Bob's earlier suggestion.
Use Windows Explorer to copy the entire card to the hard drive on the computer. You will need a card reader for this. Do not delete, move or rename any of the files you just copied.
Once the entire card has been copied, use the Media Browser in Premiere Pro for import duties.
You can also try via the Media Browser importing the sequence.
The zooming can be done with Alt+Mouse Wheel.
The grid/cutting just isn't practical for an NLE.
The Solo button for the track or the Enable/Disable feature on the clips handles the third part.
With Premiere Pro closed, use Windows Explorer to copy the entire top level folder containing the footage over to an internal hard drive.
Once the copy is done, disconnect the external and open first Premiere Pro, then the project. When PP tells you it can't fine the media, use the Locate option to point it to the new copies.

Try Steps 3D, 2K and 3F from below, one at a time and in that order. Report back.

The best option is to go back into the old projects and reexport to Cineform files, rather than H.264. Use those Cineform files for continued editing. You won't need proxies.
Second best option is to just create new Cineform proxies.
