Just to clarify, you upgraded the After Effects project through Premiere? If so, have you tried opening it in AE and playing the timeline back some? Also, what happens if you re-import the .aep into Premiere?

Hi
I have a short piece of footage )someone talking which i have filmed against a green screen and removed the background in Premiere.
Can someone please let me know how I export this footage with a transparent background so I can import into Adobe Captivate and place on a different backdrop?

Sorry for the playback issue that you are getting both for video and audio. We'll need more information to troubleshoot the issue better:
- What exact version of Premiere Pro are you using?
- What are your computer specifications(OS version, RAM, GPU. Processor etc)?
- Does it happen with a specific format of clips?
- Does it happen with every new project?
- Where have you saved the files?
Additionally, please check the issue after changing the renderer to software only. FAQ: How to change the Video Renderer in Premiere Pro?

Sorry for your issue. I understand that you are getting issues with the audio playback. Ideally, it should not happen.
- Have you tested the sound of the audio tracks separately inside Premiere Pro?
- Have you applied any keyframes to the second audio track?
Try these:
- Create a new sequence and test the issue with different audio files.
- Also, reset the preferences and test the issue. FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences in Premiere Pro?

hi davidarbor.
you can open the used AE project via Premiere.. but its the same as opening the project via finder/explorer..you just dont have to look for the project in the file tree... and then i upgraded the AE project in AE..the normal message "upgrade project, because its an older version" bla bla... then in AE everything works fine.. but Premiere just dont realizes that there is a fitting Project Version now... like i said, even after renaiming it like the original (deleting the "converted" from the name which automatically appears)..
if i drag the comp from the new AE project back into Premiere, it works fine.. but it doesn't automatically replaces all the other instances of the comp used in my Premiere timeline.. you know, its 1 Comp but 300 copies of the comp in Premiere with different texts edited in Premiere in the "Master" Section.
so, its not a problem of the file/project, but the Link between AE and PP i guess. :/

“Basically, you create new shared folders for the LUTs and then you can simply add your LUTs to them.”

Thanks for sharing your video. I've also been experimenting with the auto features after years of shooting full manual on C100 and C200 cameras primarily. Full auto is a bit much for me though...I've been locking WB and using manual iris, while allowing auto focus and auto gain control (AGC). Results have been good, though with manual iris I have to watch the zebras and adjust ND or the AGC compensation sometimes.
And as mentioned, I'm shooting 1080 XF-AVC codec which I presume is weaker than XF-HVEC would be. It's definitely noisy in low light once the gain kicks in high. Here's something I shot last weekend in an abandoned house, dark and moody: URBEX Boston | Canon XF705 1080 AVC - YouTube
My hope is that the 4K HVEC will be way less grainy in low light! Adobe I am waiting for you....

It looks like it might be related to version of PremierePro the project was created under. It it only happening to me in projects created before the last update. I can get around it by creating a new project and importing the old project into it.

Mac specs here:
All the video clips I'm using are mp4s.
Yes, it unfortunately happens with every project, even ones which worked last week before I updated to Mojave.
The files are all coming from folders on my desktop.
Hope this is enough info - I'm starting to think it's a Mojave incompatibility problem!

FAQ: How to reset (trash) preferences.
If it was working ok I would reinstall and Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
