Re: Could not find any capable video play modules... how do I fix that?

Hi Pat_Marion,

Sorry for the frustration. Which GPU do you have?

I'm running the NVIDIA Quadro P600 display card on a Windows 10 PC.

Have attempted all the proposed solutions such as updating the driver etc. and nothing works. Is there something else I can try?

Most people get clear of the issue once you reinstall version 13.0.1. However, I see that you may have already tried that. Can you please contact us here? Contact Customer Care

Thank You,

Kevin

Jonas,

Roll back to 13.0.1. There is a bug for some customers related to the GPU.

Thanks,
Kevin

I switched out the cards but it could be the issue. His bank may have put a hold on their account for suspicious activity. Thank you, unfortunately  I'm still having the issue of just linking the footage with the shopping cart and all clips are still watermarked even after purchase

Re: Help with Adobe Premiere Proxy Workflow

My project involves long drone shots (5-10min clips) that I am working through to find the best pieces of before assembling those clips to sync with music, so I don't believe nesting will be useful for me here, although I can see a lot of situations where it will be useful in the future.

Also, just to clarify, I am working just solely on my MBP (my desktop is a Windows machine) so the second setup you suggested will work better for me.

Not storing anything on main drive makes sense, so I understand why proxies should live next to their raw files.

I think this should solve all my issues, so while I have to go back and change my workflow and redo some of my work, this will definitely futureproof myself from running into similar issues (or potentially losing project information).

Thanks for all the info~

Premiere zooms/crops multicamera angles in program monitor

I've found that if I have a multicamera sequence that is larger than the sequence it is cut into, and I have multicamera view turned on for the program monitor, the multicamera preview monitor will show the proper size, but the 4-up display on the left will show the angles zoomed/cropped.

Screen Shot 2019-01-07 at 2.52.06 PM.png

For reference, this is a 1920x1080 sequence, and the clip is a 5568x3132 multicam sequence. Toggling scale to frame size / set to frame size, or adjusting the size of the multicamera sequence in effect controls doesn't seem to alter the size at all.

If i open the multicamera sequence in the source viewer, everything is the proper size.

Any idea what's going on here?

Re: Originals vs Proxies: Is it possible to connect originals to proxies AFTER edit is completed

I'm completely comfortable working with post houses on deliveries for mastering. I can even make this work with an EDL if it comes down to that. However I'm really digging the possibilities of this proxy workflow within a single app as compared to the older matchback techniques. Seems a pity to not take advantage of it fully.

Tymon - the PowerSpec 1510 has both an Intel and nVidia GPU - are your Intel GPU drivers up to date as well?

Updating your Intel GPU driver from Intel's website should resolve the issue as well - let me know if it doesn't.

If you have an Intel CPU/GPU try updating to the latest Intel GPU driver (from Intel's website). That should resolve the issue.

Roll back to 13.0.1. 13.0.2 is giving certain individuals this problem. We're working on a fix.

Thanks,

Kevin
