Just tried to do this again...

I will keep you all posted
I tried opening it another version cc 2018 .It's the same thing. I've got a few other projects like this (messed up) .What in the world did Premiere do to my projects files?
header?
That's insane to reedit all this
Post screenshot might be an user error.
I'm trying to replicate the issue.
However, would you consider "Collect files and copy to new location" Instead?
Can you let me know what exactly you want to achieve? Maybe we can find a better workflow for it.
Timeline and header? What's a header? What does it look like?
Because i cant use MOV file during Premiere pro. i want to edit MOV video but it doesn't work with that file.
Make sure that you don´t use old 32-bit MOV files since the support for those files was dropped from CC2018 and now CC2019. That could be your issue.

I want to cancel my membership plan.

That's a video driver issue ... you need to manually update the driver for your video card probably.

I will continue to work with Premiere. Hopefully, a Premiere or Microsoft Update will correct the problem. I have been using Premiere for 28 years. I am not going to cancel my subscription.
Don't forget to use this after you Add/Remove Programs from Windows

You have to 'arm' the track you wish to record to ...
On the Track mixer, right below the "Read: options, click the R for the track you wish to record onto, then click the red button at the bottom of the Track Mixer panel, then hit Spacebar to start moving ... and you are recording immediately. A red "Recording ..." bar will be showing at the bottom of the Program monitor.
Or ... in the track header for the sequence, on the track you wish to record onto, click the mic button, then it should start recording from about 3 seconds before where the play-head/CTI started.
You get meter signal after you start recording.

I have now installed and uninstalled the latest version of Premiere five times. I installed versions 11 and 12 with the same results.
I must be something system related otherwise you would not have the same issue in all versions.
I just bought Adobe Premiere Pro CC and every time I've imported a clip into the program it says its only 30 seconds regardless of the actual length of the clip.
